Information about renting Nos Casita

November 16th – March 31st: US$ 175 per night

Cleaning
Our housekeeper will clean and prepare the house for you prior to your arrival. In your room you will find two sets of bathroom towels as well as beach towels. At the end of your stay, our housekeeper will also take care of the end-of-stay cleaning.
Groceries
There are several local grocery stores within walking distance of Nos Casita. Three large supermarkets can be found in Oranjestad.
Restaurants & bars
There are several restaurants and local bars within a 5-10 minute driving distance.
Other
Smoking, parties/events and pets are not allowed.
The main guest named must be at least 21 years of age and staying at the property during the rental period.
Payment
To guarantee a reservation, a pre-payment of 50% of the reservation total is due 3 months before check-in. The balance of the total for the reservation can be paid in the 2 week period before check-in. Payments can be made with a credit card or wire transfer.
Fully refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment by our local host. You should be reimbursed on check-out, after an inspection of the property.
Cancellations
If a reservation is cancelled 30 or more days prior to the arrival date, the 50% pre-payment is fully refunded. If the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the reservation arrival date, then any amount paid towards that reservation will be forfeited.
No refunds will be provided for late arrivals, early departures or unused days of your rental property reservation.
